London Nightclubs – The Most Entertaining
Although plenty people expect all the people of london to be cheerful cockney characters straight out of Dickens, nothing could be less true. Practically, London is a diverse place that boasts residents of all nationalities and religionas a result, it’s estimated that more than 300 different languages are used in the city.
In 1863, increasing traffic congestion on roads in london city centre led to the erection of the world’s first underground railway system, the underground.
The city was badly bombed while the second world war & multitude lives were lost. after the war, multitude buildings in the city had to be built again.
After the second world war, immigration transformed London into one of the much racially and culturally diverse cities in Europe. Immigration wasn’t always smooth, because there were huge race riots in notting hill and brixton, but intergration was certainly more smith than in other british regions.
As its the capital of britain, London has the best museums in the country. One of the best is the Science Museum, which is located in south kensington. The museum was established in 1857 and boasts over three hundred thousand exhibits, including Puffing Billy and Stephenson’s Rocket.
The city boasts many of wonderful art galleries too, including the National Portrait art gallery.
London’s shops are some of the perfect in the world. From designer stores to independent stores, there is something for everyone to enjoy in this huge city.
One of London’s most famous stores is Hamleys, a huge toy shop on Regent Street. its a big tourist attraction & gets 5 million visitors annually, many of whom visit at christmas. boasting an impressive 7 floors, the toy shop caters for all of us, from babies & toddlers to grown-ups!
London boasts excellent night life, which we are sure that everyone will find exhilarating. From excellent eateries, to exclusive night clubs & cocktail bars, there is things for everyone to enjoy in London.
One of the most renowned night clubs is the Embassy, which is a private members club on Old Burlington street. The night club is pretty expensive, but it’s full of celebrities & excellent for star spotting. as well as this, it serves excellent food by michelin award winner Garry Hollihead.
There’s 1000s of hotels, guest houses in London, so there is accommodation to suit any funds. Some well known names including the Hilton, the Dorchester & the Marriot, there really is something for everyone.
