The nightlife is Croatia is fast-paced and exciting. There are all manner of nightspots to frequent, right from traditional Irish pubs to cocktail bars and rock clubs. Music is played at loud volumes on the streets of Croatia, whether it is soul, rock, jazz or even Slavic – the disc jockeys in this Eastern European country like their music loud. Alcohol is relatively inexpensive, and beer is very cheap. Cocktails are mixed with flair and panache, creativity and entertainment being the order of the day.
Zagreb, the capital, has the best pulsating nightlife; it has ceaseless variety, with various live music bars, cafes and clubs all across town. The Upper Town draws the glamorous crowd to places like Peperoncino and the Oliver Twist pub. The Lower Town provides night time entertainment in Bogoviceve, which has Skola and Bulldog; and the Branimir Centre, which has the Boom Bar.
Split is also a great city to party in, with summer nights spent in a Mediterranean style. Beach fronted hotspots like Diocletian’s Palace may a bit of a distance from town, but is worth the journey altogether. The Palace has a plethora of nightclubs, bars and pubs, all attracting the mercurial student populace. Some of the places to check out are Po Bota, Ghetto Club and Red Room. Another beach fronted extravaganza is the Bacvice complex, which contains a host of clubs and restaurants which overlook the glorious beaches in the area.
Dubrovnik is perhaps the most visited destination in Croatia, second only to Zagreb. The quaint town is very attractive, and visitors flock regularly to its ocean view locales. The nightlife mainly revolves around the beach with places like Eastwest Beach Club. Celebrities tend to visit this particular nightspot, much to the delight of people-watching enthusiasts. Here, the nightlife mainly consists of fine dining and drinking and blaring music is noticeably absent from this peaceful place.

How To Find The Best Night Life In Morocco
If you are looking for a holiday full of great nights out and plenty of partying then don’t look past Marrakech, Morocco. By day you’ll have plenty to do; go shopping for bargains in local markets and sample local delicacies or simply sit on the roof top sundeck soaking up the North African sun. At night, hit the local bar and nightclub scene. No matter what season you visit Marrakech, there is always plenty to do all year round. Morocco produces some excellent local beers and wines, which make great choices for drinks. There is a wide range of imported wines, beers and spirits available as well, but this is a slightly more expensive option.
Known as the Ibiza of the Middle East, Marrakech lives up to it’s party town reputation. The tourist areas have plenty of nightclubs which feature great music, usually a mix of popular western music with local Moroccan music and belly dancing all night long. Nightclubs are known locally as discotheques, so keep this in mind when looking for clubs or asking for directions. Most of the bars and nightclubs are located in Gueliz and Hivernage. There are also plenty of bars and cafes located around the same streets. Hivernage is a little out of town, there are hotels in the area which are hosts to the nightclubs. If your Marrakech Riad or hotel is in Medina you may need to arrange some transport. Arriving before 10:00pm will usually save you paying the large admission fee and also give you access to some cheaper drinks. The dress code is casual in most clubs.
Pacha Marrakech, located on Boulevard Mohammed VI, is one of the larger clubs in Marrakech. It’s international reputation attracts partiers from around the globe, as well as some great DJs. On a weekend there are thousands of people here. It’s a short taxi ride out of town. Teatro, can be found at Hotel es-Saadi, Avenue Qadissia, Hivernage. Another large club, visit on white night where clothes must be monochromatic, and idea which has spread to nightclubs around the world. Diamant Noir, located inside Hotel le Marrakech is a more alternative club which has a more laid back vibe than some others.
Morocco is an Islamic country, a religion which does not encourage the consumption of alcohol. In Marrakech, things are a little more relaxed, it is not illegal to drink alcohol in some hotels and nightclubs, and there are many nightspots which remain open until late. With this in mind, it is not a good idea to drink alcohol openly on the streets or anywhere near a mosque. Respect local customs by keeping alcohol consumptions to the local bars or you hotel. If you are a female and are traveling alone, you may like to stick to the bars and nightclubs in hotels, as these are known to be a safer.
